A delicious bowl of Niboshi carefully selected from all over Japan.A Japanese ramen specialist in collaboration with an experience ramen professional, running several ramen shops in Tokyo, worked together to invent the "Meat and Niboshi Ramen" 15 yeargs ago. This Niboshi (sardine based) Ramen is our specialty dish, and we only use this kind of broth in our ramen.
