Guidance for Reservations

We are here to assist your booking within Okinawa region!
Find your favorite programs and send us a reservation request in the following steps.
Contact us for stores and attractions not listed on our website.

1. Open the page of programs/courses you are interested in.

*Click on the "Detail" button and you will see more details about the programs/courses.

※To see the details of each tour.
To see more detailed information about the tour, tap the PC button on the bottom of the page to switch to the full desktop version .
To switch back to the moble version, tap on the Mobile button.

2. Click on the "Reserve Online" button in the page.

※Reservation only available for the programs/courses have "Reserve Online" button in the page.

3. Click on the "Go to Reservation Form"

※Up to 5 reservations at a time
※Click on the "Cancel" to remove particular programs/courses from the reservation list.

4. Please read through the reservation policy statement carefully, and then fill the reservation request form.

To see the details of the store, click on the "Store Information" button and store page will open in a new window.
you can check the cancellation policy for each company by clicking "Cancelation Fee."
Use half-width characters/numbers when to fill the reservation form.
Please double-check that you input your desired time also.

5. Please read through the terms and condition and click on the box if you agree with the statement.

6. Click on the "Confirmation of Your Reservation" to send the reservation request.

Please click on the Return button to go back to the previous page. Error will occur if you go back with the web browser's back arrow.

7. "Request sent" message will automaticlly be sent from the system.

At this moment, your reservation is only to be requested, and is not confirmed yet.
You will receive an email from "reserve@okinawatravelinfo.com". Please make sure to change your setting to unblock this email address to avoid it goes in to a junk mailbox or trash can.
Please check your junk mailbox as well in case the email may be incorrectly classified as spam.

8. You will receive a reservaton ID.

You can now log in to your reservation page with your email address and the reservation ID.

What you can do in your reservation page:

• ● To see your reservation status.
• ● To request a change of your reservation.
• ● To request a cancellation of your reservation.
• ● To proceed your credit card payment.

9. you will receive an pre-reservation message from Okinawa Travel Info staff after checking the vacancy of your desired date/time.

※Please message us back with your confirmation if all the information is correct and agree with the terms and condition.

10. Payment.

We will send you a payment request massage.
Please log in to your reservation page and proceed the payment.

※Your reservation will be cancelled if the payment is not approved by the deadline.
※We accept the major credit cards. If your credit card payment is unsuccessful, please check your browser's security settings.

11. A final confirmation message will be sent from reserve-completed@okinawatravelinfo.com when your reservation is completed.

Please make sure to change your setting to unblock this email address to avoid it goes in to a junk mailbox or trash can.
