Enjoy a starry sky that can’t be seen from the city. Plus a chance of seeing the Milky Way.We’ll show you the sea of beautiful Okinawa.
Departing just before sunset, we’ll take you on a journey over the twilight sea for around an hour.
(Final call on and after 6 pm. Chances of leaving late depending on the season.)
Night diving is common, but only Ariogine offers night snorkeling.
As a guide will escort you at all times, you can enjoy the night sea safely.

Night Snorkeling Under the Stars

Go into the ocean equipped with underwater dive lights when it gets dark.
Look at coral and rocky areas to find a variety of sea life appearing in ways that can’t be seen normally. Encounter fish that change color to protect themselves from predators, clownfish sleeping in anemones, nocturnal shrimp, coconut crabs, and many more. With luck, it’s possible to come across sea turtles.

Turn off the dive light and look up at the water’s surface to see something not visible during the day. “Sea sparkle” algae shines a mystical fluorescent blue.
Float on quiet night waves and look up to see the stars. On clear days, you’ll be wrapped in the stars and ocean.
